Thank you for shopping with Formulore. We are committed to processing and delivering your order as quickly and carefully as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States.
If you are located outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact us at hello@formulore.com before purchasing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Formulore is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@formulore.com and we will do our best to help before the order ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Formulore is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@formulore.com with your order number and photos of the damage so we can assist you.
